Put your name on the waiting list for state bond money. The rate is 6.625% with 0 points and 0 origination fees. You also get 4% of your loan amount as free closing cost assistance. Last month all of our clients who were on the waiting list received the bond money. The state put their own money up in $5,000.000.00 increments for the people on the waiting list.
